Day 1

Terms & Condition
- Booking Fee: An advance payment of PKR 150,000 is required to confirm the holiday package. This fee covers visa assistance, appointment scheduling, and document preparation by CVH.
- Refund Policy: The initial booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation before the visa process is completed. If the visa is rejected, PKR 130,000 will be refunded.
- Visa Approval: Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. CVH does not guarantee visa approval.
- Travel Modifications: CVH reserves the right to adjust destinations within Dubai to accommodate visa requirements and ensure feasible travel arrangements.
- Additional Charges: Any additional costs arising from visa rejections or embassy-mandated changes will be borne by the traveler.
- Documentation Responsibility: Travelers must provide accurate and complete documentation as requested by CVH or the embassy.
- Liability: CVH is not responsible for delays or changes due to external factors, including embassy procedures or travel restrictions.
- Agreement: By booking, travelers agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined.
